It’s finally summertime and that means time for outdoor festivities, summer music, and of course YIP’s Annual Summer Jam. This year's extravaganza is being held on Saturday, July 20 from 12- 4pm at the brand-new “park on the parkway” – The Oval. Summer Jam will feature Free Agents DJs, one hour open bar (12pm-1pm) with drinks by Philadelphia Distilling, grub from Delicias food truck, an art auction, and the chance to score two tickets to a Bon Jovi concert just for posting on Instagram.
Take advantage of our online early bird pricing, good through July 12, and receive admission for ONLY $20. After that we still provide great value online, until day of event, for $25, and $30 at the door. The ticket price includes one hour open bar, from 12pm-1pm and a food voucher; however make sure you bring cash for bidding on artwork and show tickets!

As one of YIP’s biggest fundraising events of the year, Summer Jam is a time to celebrate summer in the city while also adding to YIP’s programming budget! All attendees will be able to bid on artwork, tickets and other experiences with all of the proceeds benefitting YIP. Finally, as icing on the cake, anyone who posts photos of Summer Jam on Instagram using #YIPSummerJam will have the chance to win two tickets to see Bon Jovi at Giants Stadium on July 25th! The top Instagram photo from Summer Jam will be posted on YIP’s website and will win the tickets. So get your Lo-fi filter ready to capture those Summer Jam memories!
Where is The Oval you ask? Just think of the open-air green space in front of the Art Museum behind the large, gorgeous fountain. This spot, previously a parking lot, has been transformed into a performance space, and you will be one of the first ones to witness its makeover as a Summer Jam participant.
